On May 30, 2023, the A2Z Civil Engineers team got together at Shabuya, VivoCity (District 7) to celebrate another year of learning, growing, and working side-by-side.
With a hot pot bubbling in the middle of the table, jokes flying around, and stories about how far we’ve come since the early days. The kind of simple moment that reminds us why we enjoy working together every day.
We looked back on the challenges we pushed through, the late nights, the unexpected revisions, and also the projects we were proud of. Moments like this remind us that our progress didn’t come from one big thing – but from small efforts, shared responsibilities, and the support we give each other daily.
Most importantly, it was a chance to appreciate the people behind the drawings – teammates who show up, help out, and keep pushing forward even when things get tough.
Celebrations like this may be simple, but they matter. They give us time to pause, laugh, reconnect, and remind ourselves that we’re more than just a company – we’re a team building something meaningful together.
