Welcome to one of the most memorable journeys of A2Z Civil Engineers – our Year-End Trip to Da Lat, held in January 2024. This journey was more than a company getaway; it was a meaningful bonding expedition that brought our team closer together through shared experiences, culture, and exploration.

Our journey began with a visit to Tuyen Lam Lake, where the peaceful surroundings offered a refreshing escape from the pace of daily work. The calm atmosphere set the tone for a relaxing and reflective start to the trip.
Next, we visited Truc Lam Zen Monastery, taking time to slow down, disconnect from everyday routines, and immerse ourselves in the monastery’s serene and spiritual environment.

The first day concluded with a cozy BBQ dinner, gathered around a glowing charcoal stove in Da Lat’s cool evening air. With warm food, glasses of wine, and heartfelt conversations, the team shared stories and laughter – creating moments of genuine connection.

The second day was filled with vibrant activities and exploration. We visited Mongo Land, where team members challenged themselves through games while enjoying the beautiful natural scenery.
Our journey continued at the Puppy Farm, bringing joyful moments as everyone interacted with the adorable dogs. Later, we enjoyed a unique vegetable buffet, followed by a visit to Fresh Garden, where colorful flower landscapes and distinctive architecture provided the perfect backdrop for capturing lasting memories.

The day concluded with a lively Gala Dinner, filled with enthusiasm, celebration, and team spirit – a true highlight of the trip.

On the final day, the team explored the majestic Datanla Waterfall, experiencing both its natural beauty and the excitement of riding the longest alpine coaster in Asia, spanning a thrilling 2,400-meter track.
This final adventure brought the journey to a memorable close, leaving everyone with lasting impressions and unforgettable experiences.

The Da Lat journey was not simply a vacation – it was an opportunity to strengthen bonds, deepen mutual understanding, and build stronger connections within the team.
Through shared destinations, cultural experiences, and meaningful conversations, we reinforced the values that define A2Z Civil Engineers: teamwork, trust, and long-term collaboration.
As we look back on this journey, we cherish the beautiful moments and collective memories created in Da Lat – moments that continue to inspire us as we move forward together.
